Dave DeVeau

Dave's ascent into the country music scene is a tale of inspiration, marked by a self-taught mastery of the guitar and a passion that resonates with every note he plays. Before his fingers ever danced across guitar strings, Dave dedicated 25 years to serving the Austin community as a career firefighter. His bravery and commitment in the line of duty are mirrored in his approach to music.
 
In his late 40s, with no prior experience in reading music, Dave decided to teach himself how to play the guitar. His unwavering dedication and self-discipline, honed over years of service, were instrumental in his musical education. Dave's versatile voice effortlessly spans a wide range of pitches, from deep, resonant lows to clear, melodic highs and is the perfect complement to his guitar skills, leaving audiences yearning for just one more song. His success is a testament to the belief that it's never too late to follow your passion and make your mark.

Rey DeVeau

Rey's path to the stage is a story of perseverance and self-discovery. Childhood keyboard lessons and drumming in middle school were her only forays into music, never imagining a future in performance. Criticism of her voice during those formative years left Rey with a lingering self-consciousness, making the idea of singing publicly daunting. It took Dave's persistent encouragement and a journey of personal growth for Rey to find her voice—a voice that has since been praised for its resemblance to the ethereal tones of Alison Krauss. 

With newfound confidence, Rey is now focused on refining her keyboard skills, eager to weave its melodies into their performances, and continue to share her evolving artistry with the world.​
